- Cut-off marks are calculated based on the number of vacancies and the performance of candidates. It may be higher or lower depending on the vacancies

In the SSC CGL 2022 notification, the detailed selection process is mentioned. It explains how the whole recruitment process will take place from start to end. The points below mention the detailed SSC CGL selection process:
- The SSC CGL selection process consists of 2 Computer based examinations Tier-I and Tier-II.
- If the Computer based exam is conducted multiple times, the marks scored by the candidates will be normalized by using the formula released by the Staff Selection Commission.
- The SSC CGL Answer Key will be released after the exam is conducted. A candidate can challenge the SSC CGL Answer Keys within a time limit where he/she requires to pay ₹100 per question which is non-refundable.
- Candidates will be selected as per the final merit and cut-off marks.

As per the SSC CGL Notification PDF, candidates can apply for the SSC CGL vacancy from 17th September 2022 to 8th October 2022 before 23:00. The application process for the SSC CGl exam is outlined below.

SSC CGL Application Fees
A candidate needs to pay ₹100 as the application fee in order to apply. However, women, SC, ST, PwBD, and Ex-servicemen are exempted from the application fee. You can pay the application fees through online mode or challan. The last date to pay the fee through Online mode is 9th October 2022 before 23:00 and the last date to pay through challan is 10th October 2022.
