The selection process of TPSC Civil Service Recruitment 2023 consists of 3 stages that are stated below:

• Stage 1: Preliminary exam

TPSC Civil Service Exam Pattern 2023 (Expected)

Candidates before starting the preparation of the TPSC Civil Service exam must know the TPSC Civil Service exam pattern for both preliminary and mains examination. The exam pattern mentioned below is expected to be the same for this year. In case of any changes, it will be updated here.

1: TPSC Civil Service Preliminary Exam Pattern

• The Prelims exam will consist of only one paper i.e. General Studies
• The paper will be of an Objective Type Multiple- Choice Question.
• The paper will carry 200 marks questions.
• The total time duration will be 2½ hours.
• A negative mark of ¼ will be deducted for each wrong answer.

2: TPSC Civil Service Mains Exam Pattern 2023 (Expected)

• Questions will be objective type MCQ based.
• The paper will be of 800 marks.

TPSC Civil Service Salary Details

Those candidates who will be recruited for the Civil Service and Police Service officers in Tripura Public Service Commission will be given a salary on the pay scale of Rs 15,600 – 39,100 with grade pay of Rs 5,400 and including other allowances that will be mentioned at the time of joining.
