- The SBI Clerk Prelims exam will be Objective in nature.
- The SBI Clerk Prelims Exam will be bilingual i.e. in Hindi and English.
- There are no minimum qualifying marks for an individual subject or overall.
- There is sectional timing i.e. separate time for each subject.
- A negative marking scheme is involved in the SBI Clerk Preliminary exam. 1/4th mark for the incorrect answers will be deducted.
As decided by the State Bank of India, a sufficient number of candidates from each category will be selected for the mains exam from the candidate’s list arranged in the descending order of overall marks scored.
