The official notification for the SSC MTS recruitment 2023 has been released. The Staff Selection Commission has changed the SSC MTS Exam Pattern for the year 2023. The exam will be now conducted for 270 marks. In the previous cycle, the exam was held for 100 marks. And, there is also a major change i.e there is no descriptive test for the 2023 cycle. The selection of the candidates will be held based on the performance in the Computer Based Examination.

SSC MTS Exam Pattern (Revised)
- The SSC has changed the SSC MTS Exam Pattern for the 2023 year.
- The exam will be conducted for 270 marks.
- A total number of 90 questions are asked.
- There will be no negative marking in Session-I. In Session-II,
there will be negative marking of one mark for each wrong
answer..
- The Tier 1/Session1 carries a total of 120 marks and the SSC MTS Tier 2 carries a total of 140 marks
