SSC JE ME Exam Pattern 2022
The SSC JE Mechanical exam pattern 2022 would give the candidates an idea of the marking scheme of the examination, which they can use to plan their studies as per their requirement. It would also help them to understand the marks allocated to each subject and set their priorities right. Following is the exam pattern of all the stages of the upcoming SSC Junior Engineer examination.
- Subject 1 & 2 of Paper 1 will be the same for all the candidates.
- For Subject 3, it will be topics from concerned discipline i.e., Mechanical Engineering.
- In both the paper 1&2 for General Engineering, a candidate will be required to attempt only the part as per the option given in the application form.
- In Paper 1 there will be a negative marking of 0.25 marks for every wrong answer.
- Paper 2 will be descriptive and will be conducted in pen and paper mode.
- Paper 2 again will be on the topics of Mechanical Engineering.
- A candidate will be allowed to bring his/her own slide rule, calculator, log table and steam table for Paper 2.
- There will be no negative marking in Paper 2.
