Here we are sharing the SSC MTS preference code 2023 as per the previous year notification. This list includes -

Candidates should note that all the State and Union Territories codes are written against the name of the State or Union Territory. The code assigned for each is either an English letter from A to Z (excluding X) or numbers from 1 to 12. We will update the candidates with the latest 2022 preference codes once they are released officially.

How To Fill SSC MTS Preference Code 2022
It is very important to select the correct code at the right place for all SSC MTS Posts. To help you guide with the process we have listed all the steps here.
Step 1: First of all, visit the SSC Official Website to apply for the MTS exam.
Step 2: Click on the highlighted link that says "Register Now" and proceed with the online application.
Step 3: Fill in all your general details such as Name, DOB, Father and Mother's name etc., and click submit.
Step 4: Once you submit the form, the auto-generated Application ID and password will be sent to your email ID and contact number that you submitted in the general details.
Step 5: Login again from the same portal for the second step of the registration process.
Step 6: Here, at first you need to upload your passport size photograph and the signature in the required dimensions and format. You can use the Testbook Resize Tool to get the preferred length and breadth of the image.
Step 7: Now you need to fill in the educational qualifications and the required documents if asked.
Step 8: Submit the preferred center details in the next column.
Step 9: Now comes the turn of the SSC MTS State Preference Code that you need to fill in the designated spaces and with utmost care. make sure once you submit the form no changes are allowed whatsoever.
Step 10: You can submit your application by clicking on "Submit Now" and completing the payment. Now, you are done with the application process.

How To Check The SSC MTS Application Status?
It is important to know what is the status of your application process - was it accepted/rejected? You can use the steps given below to check the SSC MTS Application Status.
Step I: Click on the link provided in the above step of the application process.
Step II: Find the link that says "Know your status- SSC MTS Tier I Exam 2022".
Step III: Fill in your Roll No./ Application No. or Candidate's Name along with Date of Birth.
Step IV: Check whether your application was accepted or rejected. If rejected, check the reason as well. From the same portal, you can also note down the exam date, time & city, if released.
