This is in reference to the notification that was out to recruit candidates for the post of Assistant Manager in the Information Technology stream for the year 2022. A total number of 24 vacancies were released for the year 2022 for Grade A Assistant Managers. The dates for the SEBI Grade A Exam 2023 are expected to be released in upcoming months through an official notification. The selection process for the SEBI Grade A exam for the 2022 cycle consisted of online tests of Phase 1 and Phase 2 followed by an Interview for the year 2022 and for the upcoming  2023 SEBI Grade A exam it is expected to follow a similar selection process.

• To be eligible for the SEBI Grade A Exam  for the year 2022, the candidates were required to meet the age limit criteria which was between 18 and 30 years. The reference data with which the candidates were expected to calculate their age was  30th June 2022 and for the upcoming  2023 SEBI Grade A exam it is expected to follow a similar eligibility  criteria as that of the 2022  year cycle. 
• The Phase 1 Online Exam and Paper 1 of Phase 2 was conducted on 27th August 2022 and the Paper 2 of Phase 2  was conducted on 24th September 2022 for the year 2022. As the official notification for year 2023 has not been released yet, the dates for exam is expected to be updated once the notification is released .

SEBI Grade A 2023 Selection Process 

SEBI Grade A Recruitment notification is the most-awaited one and for the candidates who are appearing in the examination, it is important to know about the selection process to prepare well and rank at the top of the merit list. The selection process involves 3 stages only. The candidates who are appearing for the SEBI Grade A Exam 2023 must know the Selection process. The SEBI is expected to undertake a similar selection process as that of year 2022 for the SEBI Grade A recruitment  2023.

”The process comprises the following stages:

1. Phase-1 Online Screening Exam - Online Screening exam is stage 1 of the selection process and this stage-1 is 200 marks which is objective-based. The stage-1 exam carries two tests. The candidate who qualifies the written examination is allowed to go for the next round. There will be a negative marking of 0.25 as well.
2. Phase-2 Online Examination - Online exam was stage-2 of the selection process and the mode of exam was  online as the name suggests. This stage of the exam consists of two papers for 200 marks. All the tests under the written exam are bilingual in nature except for the language. The candidate who qualifies all two stages of the exam will qualify for the Interview round which is the last and final stage of the exam. The Paper 1 of Phase 2 will be descriptive and will be conducted on the day of the Phase 1 exam (27 August 2022).
3. Phase-3 Interview Round- The last and final stage of the selection process is the Interview round. All the candidates who have cleared the above-mentioned two stages will be called for the Interview round. The final selection for the post will be depending on the marks secured and rank in the final merit list. The candidates should prepare well for any question related to their background, subjects, and personal details. Candidates can opt for any of the two languages i.e. Hindi and English.
