19th April 2022: RSMSSB Stenographer DV Schedule for Remaining Candidates Announced!

The RSMSSB has announced the date for DV of the shortlisted candidates with given roll numbers in the PDF are now provisionally selected to appear for the DV on 21st April 2022 at 10:00 A.M. The candidates must carry two printouts of the application form, a postal order of INR 100, and all original documents submitted during the application. The RSMSSB has announced the date for DV of the shortlisted candidates who could not appear for the DV conducted from 4th April 2022 to 8th April 2022. The DV for these candidates will be conducted on 21st April 2022 (10.00 AM). To sit for the RSMSSB Stenographer 2023 Exam, aspirants must meet the eligibility requirements outlined in the RSMSSB Stenographer 2023 notice. The points listed below are based on the previous year's recruitment cycle and can be used to determine whether or not a candidate is eligible.

Age Criteria

• Minimum: 18 years 
• Maximum: 40 years

Note: Age relaxation as per the State Government rule is applicable.

Educational Qualification

Candidates having the following educational qualification are only eligible for the Stenographer post:

• Candidates who have passed senior secondary/ equivalent from a recognised board. Or
• Certificate Course on Computer Concept by NIELIT, New Delhi. Or
• Computer Operator & Programming Assistant / Data Preparation and Computer Software {DPCS} certificate organised under national / state council for vocational training scheme. Or
• Degree / Diploma / Certificate in Computer Science / Computer application Or
• Rajasthan State Certificate Course in Information Technology (RSCIT) Course

RSMSSB Stenographer Exam Pattern 2023 (Expected)

The official notification for RSMSSB Stenographer Exam 2023 is not out yet. The exam Pattern mentioned below is based on the previous year's cycle; the 2023 recruitment cycle exam pattern is expected to be the same. If there are any changes, it will be updated here after the official notification. The written exam consists of 2 papers - Paper 1 and Paper 2. Paper 1 will have questions on General Science and History, art, culture, etc., of Rajasthan state and General Hindi and English. 150 questions will be asked from each section, and the total duration of the exam is 6 hours. RSMSSB Stenographer Syllabus 2023 (Expected)

The GK (Rajasthan) section will have questions based on the History, Geography, Tradition, Art & Culture, Heritage, etc. of the state of Rajasthan. The General Science section will have questions based on important topics of Biology, Physics, and Chemistry. The General Hindi and English section will have questions like fill in the blanks, spot the error, antonyms/synonyms, para-jumbles, etc.
