The RSMSSB Junior Instructor Selection process comprises basically two-stage that are as follows-

• Written Test

The objective type written test will be conducted for 150 questions for 150 marks. The authority has a set time duration of three hours. The written test consists of two parts that are Part A and Part B.The Part A consists of subjects of respective trade and Part B consists of General Knowledge.

• Skill Test

Candidates need to qualify a skill test of a particular trade they have applied for. The skill test will vary from post to post. The Skill Test will be qualifying in nature and candidates are required to clear this stage in order to get selected for the RSMSSB Junior Instructor Posts. This is the final stage for the selection process of  RSMSSB Junior Instructor Exam 2022.

Candidates who wish to apply for the RSMSSB Junior Instructor recruitment 2022 must have a clear idea about  the eligibility criteria. • Candidates should have passed  12th standard with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as per the old scheme or should have completed secondary education as a 10+2 scheme.
• Candidates should have qualified diploma in Engineering/Technology of the relevant branch or you should be having a National Trade Certificate from the relevant trade of Engineering/Technology.
• Candidates must have Relevant work experience as mentioned in the recruitment notification.

3. Workshop Census & Science 

• Candidates must have completed 12th standard with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as per the old scheme or you should have completed secondary education as a 10+2 scheme.
• Candidates must  have passed Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/Technology in the relevant branch.
• Candidates must have the relevant work experience for 2 years as mentioned in the recruitment notification.
