The SSC CPO Exam is conducted in two stages- Paper I and Paper II. Candidates who qualify in Paper I are eligible to appear for Paper II.

After the declaration of SSC CPO Tier 1 result, the candidates who qualify for the exam are eligible to appear for the Tier 2 exam. The Tier 2 exam consists of two papers- Paper I and Paper II. The Paper I is an Objective Type paper while the Paper II is a descriptive type paper. The Paper I consists of 200 questions while the Paper II consists of English Language and Comprehension. The marks obtained in both the papers are added together to determine the final result.
The candidates who qualify the Tier 2 exam are eligible to appear for the Physical Endurance Test (PET) and Medical Test. The PET is conducted to check the physical fitness of the candidate while the Medical Test is conducted to check the physical and mental health of the candidate. After the PET and Medical Test, the final result is declared

In continuation to the SSC CPO Paper 1 2022 result, the SSC may also release an additional result. The SSC CPO Merit List is prepared by the Staff Selection Commission based on the marks obtained in the written examination and physical endurance test. The list is released after the completion of the recruitment process and contains the name of the candidates selected for the post along with their overall marks. The normalization of marks is done after the exam is conducted in multiple shifts so as to consider all the shifts and the difficulty levels of question papers. Calculation of marks is taken into consideration up to 5 decimal places. Normalization is completed through the subsequent formula.
The PET/PST is conducted for those candidates who successfully qualify for the Paper 1 exam. In the Physical efficiency test, candidates will be judged based on their fitness. This test is qualifying in nature.

Paper 2 will be conducted for those candidates who qualify for the PET/PST. Paper 2 comprises English language & Comprehension. The total marks for the test are 200. Candidates qualifying for the exam are called for a Detailed Medical Examination. The steps to check the Paper 2 exam are the same as Paper 1.
The SSC CPO final merit list will be generated based on the marks obtained by the candidates in Paper 1 and Paper 2. After that, qualified candidates will be called for document verification and medical examination.
Candidates securing below these qualifying criteria will not be considered for the next stage of selection. Hence, it is mandatory for the candidates to obtain minimum qualifying marks to proceed for further stages of the SSC CPO selection process. SSC CPO SI Marks Released on 10th January 2023. SSC CPO Paper I Final Answer Key released on 6th January 2023. Earlier, the SSC CPO Result has been released for the Exam held from 9th to 11th November 2022. Candidates who are qualified in the Paper I are eligible to attend the Physical Test. The Physical Test Schedule will be released soon. SSC has released a total number of 4300 vacancies for the SSC CPO Recruitment 2022.
