RBI Grade B Marksheet released for DEPR, DISM and General(DR) posts on 4th November 2022. Earlier, the RBI Grade B Final Result for these posts was declared. The RBI is conducting the RBI Grade B 2022 exam to recruit candidates for a total number of 294 vacancies. Candidates who are selected for the post will get a basic pay of Rs. 55,200/-. As the final result is released, the board will soon release the new notification for the RBI Grade B 2023 Recruitment.

The eligible candidates can proceed to RBI Grade B apply online for the RBI Grade B exam from the official site once it is released or from the link that will be provided here. The online application process for RBI Grade B 2023 exam will start after the notification. The candidates have to submit online application forms to get registered themselves for RBI Grade B Exam 2023. You can follow the below-given step-by-step instructions to ensure a smooth online application process.
Step 1: Go to the official website and proceed to the new registration.
Step 2: Fill the application form with valid details i.e personal and academic details.
Step 3: Keep with you one Photo ID Card viz. Aadhaar Card/PAN Card/Voter Card/Passport/Driving License/Any other Photo ID Card issued by the State/Central Government.
Step 4: Fill in the details as mentioned in the Photo ID proof in the online application form.
Step 5: Carefully upload the scanned copy of the required documents i.e. your photograph and signature. In case you need to resize your photo, use the Testbook Editing Tool.
Step 6: After uploading the required photograph proceed to pay the RBI Grade B Application fee through your Credit Card/Debit Card/Internet Banking/Cash Cards/Wallets, etc.
Step 7: Make sure that you are using a valid email ID that you use till the declaration of results.
Step 8: Finally, submit the Application Form.
Step 9: And, don't forget to take a Print Out of the Application Form for future reference.

The application fee varies as per category. The 2023 application fee is expected to remain the same as 2022. As per previous year’s notification, a total of Rs. 850/- is to be paid by candidates belonging to the General and OBC categories for RBI Grade B 2023 exam application form. Note: • Any such full-time course from a recognized University / Institute that is taken after Class XIIth and is at least of 3 years’ duration/ candidates possessing professional and technical qualifications which are recognized by the Government as equivalent to professional and technical graduation will be eligible for admission to the examination. • Candidates who have passed the Final Examination for Membership of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India may also apply for the post. • Essential: A Master's Degree in Economics / Econometrics / Quantitative Economics / Mathematical Economics / Integrated Economics Course/ Finance, with a minimum of 55% marks or an equivalent grade in aggregate of all semesters /years from a recognized Indian or Foreign University /Institute. OR PGDM/ MBA Finance with a minimum of 55% marks or an equivalent grade in aggregate of all semesters /years from a recognized Indian or Foreign University /Institute. OR Master’s Degree in Economics in any of the sub-categories of economics i.e. agricultural/ business/ developmental/ applied, etc., with a minimum of 55% marks or an equivalent grade in aggregate of all semesters /years from a recognized Indian or Foreign University /Institute Candidates having Master's Degree with Research/Teaching experience at a recognized Indian/Foreign University/ Institute will be eligible for relaxation in upper age limit to the extent of number of years of such experience subject to a maximum of three years. For experience, probationary period will not be reckoned. |
Officers in Grade 'B' (DR) - DSIM |
Essential: A Master's Degree in Statistics/ Mathematical Statistics/ Mathematical Economics/ Econometrics/ Statistics & Informatics from IIT-Kharagpur/ Applied Statistics & Informatics from IIT-Bombay with a minimum of 55% marks or equivalent grade in aggregate of all semesters/years. OR Master's Degree in Mathematics with a minimum of 55% marks or an equivalent grade in aggregate of all semesters/years and one year post-graduate diploma in Statistics or related subjects from an Institute of repute. OR M. Stat. Degree of Indian Statistical Institute with a minimum of 55% marks in aggregate of all semesters/years. OR Post Graduate Diploma in Business Analytics (PGDBA) jointly offered by ISI Kolkata, IIT Kharagpur and IIM Calcutta with a minimum of 55% marks or equivalent grade in aggregate of all semesters/years. |
As per the 2022 notification, the RBI Grade B selection process is based on three Phases i.e. Phase-I, Phase-II, and Interview (General). In the case of other posts i.e DSIM/DEPR, there shall be only one exam and directly an interview. You need to clear all these phases of the selection process in order to get selected for the post of Grade B Officer in the RBI. After you clear Phase I & II, you will be called for the next round i.e. Interview. This is the last round after which the Final Merit List will be released.
As per the previous year’s notification, there shall be only one exam for this post and later directly an interview. The 2023 RBI Grade B exam pattern is expected to remain the same as in 2022. Paper I and II of the DSIM posts will consist of Economics papers whereas for the DEPR posts papers will be on Statistics. The expected pattern is as follows
