PPSC Judicial Services Prelims Result & Final Answer Keys has been released on 21st February 2023! Punjab Public Service Commission (PPSC) released the PPSC Judicial Service Prelims Provisional Answer Key on 24th January 2023. The PPSC Judicial Service Recruitment 2022 is being conducted for selection of suitable candidates for the post of Civil Judge (Junior Division) cum Judicial Magistrate. The recruitment drive is being jointly conducted by the High Court of Punjab and Haryana along with the Punjab Public Service Commission. A total number of 159 vacancies have been released for PPSC Judicial Service Recruitment 2022.
Candidates who will feature in the final merit list for PPSC Judicial Service Recruitment 2022 will be deputed to the post of Civil Judge (Junior Division) cum Judicial Magistrate across various districts of Punjab.

As per the official PPSC Judicial Service Recruitment Notification 2022, the application process for the recruitment campaign must be completed online by the candidates. No offline applications will be accepted for the same under any circumstances. Candidates must refer only to the official website of the Punjab Public Service Commission for important updates pertaining to the PPSC Judicial Service Recruitment 2022.

Step 6: - When asked, upload the scanned copy of your passport size photograph and signature in the specified format.

The PPSC Judicial Service Recruitment 2022 Selection Process comprises three stages which all the candidates must go through before being selected for the advertised vacancies. According to the official PPSC Judicial Service Recruitment Notification 2022, the selection process comprises of three stages, i.e. Preliminary exam, Mains Written Exam and Viva Voce.
Preliminary Exam
The preliminary exam conducted under the PPSC Judicial Service Recruitment 2022 is a qualifying exam. The marks for the same will not be added to the final score but is imperative for the candidates to score the required marks to proceed further in the PPSC Judicial Service Recruitment 2022 selection process. The 2-hour preliminary exam consists of 125 multiple choice questions worth 4 marks each, i.e. for a total of 500 marks. The questions will be of graduate level. The syllabus for the preliminary exam and the main exam will be similar. The subjects covered under the preliminary exam are mentioned below -
Candidates will be penalized for 1/5th marks for every wrongly answered question. There will be no penalty for unanswered questions.
Candidates need to score minimum 150 marks (100 for reserved categories) in the preliminary exam to be eligible to appear for the Mains exam of PPSC Judicial Service Recruitment 2022.
The PPSC Judicial Service Main Exam 2022 is a subjective type written exam worth a total of 950 marks. The mains exam consists of 5 different papers. The first four papers are: -
These four papers are of 200 marks each. Candidates need to score at least 33% in each of the papers for the further selection process.
The minimum qualifying marks for paper 5 is 33%.
Viva Voce
Candidates who have scored 50% aggregate marks (45% for reserved categories) in the first- four papers and qualified the Punjabi language exam only are eligible to appear for the Viva Voce round. Herein, the commission conducts a viva-voce that carries the weightage of 100 marks. Candidate's intelligence, general outlook and alertness are tested during the viva-voce. The PPSC Judicial Service Result 2022 is based on the aggregate marks scored by the candidates in the mains written exam and viva voce, combined.
Candidates must check the PPSC Judicial Service Recruitment 2022 Eligibility Criteria before starting their online application under the recruitment drive. Only those candidates who meet all the guidelines under the eligibility criteria will be allowed to participate in the PPSC Judicial Service Recruitment 2022. If at any stage it is found that the information furnished by the candidate is incorrect, then his/her application will be cancelled immediately, and disciplinary action will be initiated.

The syllabus for the mains exam for PPSC Judicial Service Recruitment 2022 includes the following subjects:

It is to be noted that for the preliminary exam, syllabus of law subjects remain same as for Mains along with the addition of other topics like current events of national and international importance, reasoning, aptitude, Indian legal and constitution history, governance.

The final score for the candidates will be calculated on the basis of marks scored in the mains written exam and the viva voce. The preliminary exam is qualifying in nature, and hence the marks will not be added to the final score.

The PPSC Judicial Service Recruitment 2022 Admit Card will be released by the Punjab Public Service Commission on their official website. It is necessary for the candidates to carry the printed copy of the admit card and valid ID proof (government-issued) while appearing for the exam. Otherwise, they will not be allowed to enter the examination venue.
Here are the steps that the candidates have to follow to download their PPSC Judicial Service Admit Card: -
Step 1: Visit the official website of Punjab Public Service Commission
Step 2: On the homepage, under the online registration tab, there is a "Download Admit Card for the Examination" link, Click on that.
Step 3: Fill your password and registration number details in the empty fields. Confirm the CAPTCHA and then press the submit button.
Step 4: You can now see your PPSC Judicial Service Recruitment 2022 Admit card on your screen. Download it and get the print out while appearing in the exam.

The PPSC Judicial Service Recruitment Result 2022 will be posted on the official website of PPSC, which is ppsc.gov.in. Following are the steps that one can follow to download their results.
PPSC does not accept any revaluation requests for the answer sheets and only accepts requests for rechecking of answer sheets within 30 days of the announcement of the result. The same can be requested through a written request to the Secretary, Punjab Public Service Commission at the Patiala address along with a postal order of Rs. 500/- as the fees.
