SSC CPO Physical Standard Test (PST) 2022
- The SSC CPO Physical Standard Test is qualifying in nature.
- The Candidates should fulfil the standards(Height, Weight) of the Physical Standard Test which are set by SSC.

SSC CPO Physical Endurance Test (PET) 2022
- The PST test will be conducted once the candidate finishes the PET test.
- Physical Endurance Test is different for both Male and females.
- Below are the different activities to be performed by the candidates.
Male Candidate
- 100 metres Race in 16 Seconds.
- 1.6 KM Race in 6.5 Minutes
- Long Jump- 3.65 metres in 3 chances
- High Jump-1.2 metres in 3 chances.
Female Candidate
- 100 metres Race in 18 Seconds.
- 800 metres Race in 4 Minutes
- Long Jump-2.7 metres in 3 chances
- High Jump-0.9 metres in 3 chances.

Important Points to be remembered for Physical Test
- There is no minimum requirement for chest measurement for female candidates.
- The candidates who are declared as not qualified in Physical Standard Test may appeal to the authorities present on the ground.
- The decision of the Authorities would be final and no further appeal is entertained.
- Ex-Servicemen who applied for the post are not required to attend the PET.

How to Prepare for SSC CPO 2022 Physical Efficiency Test
Candidates appearing for this exam should keep the following things in mind while they are preparing for this exam:
- It is very important to keep yourself physically fit and active.
- Remember to practice all the sports mentioned in the guidelines like 100-meter race, long jump, etc. for PET, so that the candidates feel confident while they are performing the mentioned activities in the PET.
- Take enough sleep also, so that you feel active and energized to perform the PET with all the energy and effort.

SSC CPO Medical Test 2022
The candidates qualified in the physical test will be called for the SSC CPO Medical test 2022. The SSC CPO Medical Test is done by the Medical officer of CPAF or any Medical officer/Assistant Surgeon. The candidates who are not fit for the post can appeal to the medical board within 15 days. Below are the various criteria for the medical test.
- The candidates' minimum vision must be N6(Better eye) and N9(Worse Eyes). The minimum distant vision of the candidate must be 6/6(Better Eye) and 6/9(Worse eye)
- The candidates must not have Knock Knee, Flat foot, Squint in the eyes.
- The candidates must be physically good and mentally healthy without any defect.
