The OSSC JE Recruitment selection process consists of primarily three stages that are:
Candidates appearing for the recruitment must be familiar with the exam pattern for both, the preliminary and mains examinations. The details of the same have been provided in this section.
The OSSC Junior Engineer Prelims Examination will be an objective-type test. Candidates who qualify the same will be shortlisted for the Mains Examination. Keep in mind the following about the OSSC JE exam pattern for the same.
The OSSC Junior Engineer Mains Examination will be conducted for 200 marks. It will assess the Technical Knowledge of the candidates. The detailed exam pattern for the same will be updated once made available by the authorities.
Document Verification - The candidates who will be shortlisted in both the above round will be called for the document verification round. Candidates need to bring their original documents along with the photocopies. Below we have mentioned some mandatory certificates candidates require.

Step 1: Visit the OSSC Official Website.
Step 2: Under What's new, click on the OSSC JE Civil Recruitment Admit Card.
Step 3: Enter the required login credentials.
Step 4: Download and print the Admit Card.
The OSSC JE answer key will be released as soon as both preliminary and final examinations are conducted. Candidates who appeared for the examination will be given an opportunity to raise objections against the provisional answer key if there’s a requirement. Once the commission reviews the answer key and the objection made, they will release the final answer key. Aspiring candidates will be able to calculate their scores by referring to OSSC JE answer key 2022.
The OSSC JE Cut Off determines the minimum qualifying marks required to be eligible for selection to the post of Junior Engineer in the Odisha Staff Selection Commission. Candidates who score above the cut-off marks will receive the merit list call letter. They will then cross over to the next round of selections.
