JSSC TGT Recruitment 2023 Application Fee

It is mandatory to pay the application fees after filling out the JSSC TGT recruitment application form. Your application will not be submitted if you fail to pay the application fee. Application fees are different for various categories. There is also a slight relaxation in the application fees of reserved categories. the application fees is expected to be the same as the previous year

• For the candidates of General and OBC categories, the application fees is Rs. 460/-.
• For the candidates of SC and ST categories, the application fee is RS. 115/-.

JSSC TGT Selection Process 2023

The selection process of the JSSC TGT Recruitment is expected to consist of two stages.

• Written Examination: The written examination is divided into two papers:

• Paper 1 is qualifying in nature and is the same for all candidates. Candidates need to score a minimum of 33% in the first exam. The second paper will not be evaluated for the candidate if he fails to score 33% in the first exam.
• Paper 2 is specific to the subject which the candidate has applied. Candidates need to secure a minimum of 50% in the exam to be eligible for recruitment. There is a relaxation of 5% for the candidates of reserved category.

• Certificate Verification: The candidates need to score more than the cut-off in the second paper to receive a call for the certificate verification process. If no discrepancies are found during certificate verification, the candidate can be recruited for the JSSC TGT job in the district he had applied for.

JSSC TGT Recruitment Exam Pattern 2023 (Expected)

Candidates planning to fill out the online application form need to be aware of the JSSC TGT exam pattern and prepare accordingly. The selection of candidates depends upon a written examination, followed by document verification. The written exam consists of two papers. 

• Paper 1
• Paper 2

Paper 1 consists of General knowledge and Hindi. It consists of 200 multiple-choice questions, and each question is allotted 1 mark. This paper is qualifying in nature. Only candidates who are able to secure 33% in Paper 1 would be deemed eligible for Paper 2. 

Paper 2 comprises questions from the specific subject the candidate has applied for. It consists of 150 questions, where each question stands for 2 marks totalling to 300 marks. The candidates from the general category have to score 50% in this paper and the candidates from the SC/ST category have to score 45% of the given 

• Both Paper 1 and Paper 2 have objective-type questions, with multiple choices.
• The total marks for the written examination are 500 marks.
• There is no provision for negative marking in both of the papers.
