The JSSC Panchayat Secretary selection process for the recruitment of the post is divided into three stages. These stages are decided to test if the candidate has enough knowledge for the post of Panchayat Secretary as well as to test his or her presence of mind and management skills. These stages include:

An applicant must pass 12th grade or its equivalent from any recognized Board or University in India. Only these applicants will be eligible to apply for the JSSC Panchayat Secretary Recruitment.
