JSSC Excise Constable Recruitment 2022 Advertisement Cancelled on 1st February 2023. This is with reference to the Advt. No. 01/2022. The new notifications for the same are expected to be released soon by the commission on the official website. The Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission (JSSC) released the notification to fill the 583 vacancies of Excise Constables across the state. The job promises a healthy salary and growth. Candidates who score above the JSSC Excise Constable cut-off marks will have their names released on the merit list, according to their ranking. Based on the merit list ranking, selected candidates will be appointed as Excise Constables.

Thousands of aspirants prepare for the JSSC Excise Constable Recruitment exam. The category-wise and district-wise vacancies for the recruitment has been declared by the JSSC board. Candidates can use the simple steps mentioned below to apply for the JSSC Excise Constable post.
Step 1: The JSSC Constable Recruitment 2022 online application portal of registering will be open between 25th February to 26th March 2022.
Step 2: The online registration process is divided into two parts, i.e., Basic Registration (for generating application number) and Detailed Information (details like qualification, Aadhar card no, etc.)
Step 3: Completing the Basic registration process does not mean the candidate has successfully submitted the application form.
Step 4: After Basic registration, a new page will appear and will generate an application number, which will also be sent to the candidate’s phone number and email id.
Step 5: For future logins, the system-generated application number will be the Login id and Date of birth ‘password’.
Step 5: For detailed information application, the candidate will be asked some personal details, followed by payment and then uploading of photograph and signature to complete the registration.
Step 6: Once the details are filled and submitted, no changes can be made.
Step 7: After completion of the application and registration process, a registration slip and application form will generate, that must be printed out for future references.

Step 1 - Go to the JSSC website, http://www.jssc.nic.in/.
Step 2 - Go through the “Important Links” section on the left side of the homepage and click on “Application Forms (Apply).”
Step 3 - Candidates can then select the post for which they want to apply, in this case, Excise Constable.
Step 4 - Fill the application form with your details, qualification, etc. and upload the scanned copies of documents wherever necessary.
Step 5 - Preview and verify the information submitted and then click on submit.
Step 6 - You'll then be directed to the payment gateway, where you will have to pay the examination fees. You can do this by using your debit card, credit card, or net banking.
Step 7 - Candidates can then download and save the application form in the pdf format and take a printout for future use.

The JSSC Excise Constable exam consists of three stages, namely, a written examination, physical test, and a medical exam. The JSSC Excise Constable exam pattern of the written exam further consists of three papers.

The JSSC Excise Constable admit card is an important document for the JSSC Excise constable exam, as it grants permission to the candidate to sit in the examination hall for the exam. Paper 1 is qualifying in nature, meaning any candidate who secured 30% in paper 1 will be treated as qualified to sit for Paper II and III.
The JSSC Excise Constable Result is declared a few months after the exam. All those candidates who qualified in the stages will have to go through the document verification process after the results are announced.
