SSC MTS Department Allocation List and Nomination List
Once the candidates are selected in the SSC MTS Merit List all the candidates are nominated by the SSC to different departments as per their ranking in the list. All the regions of SSC (Central, Eastern, Northern, Western, etc.) publish this list either by the name of SSC MTS Department Allocation List or SSC MTS Department Nomination List. Candidates need to check the list on their respective SSC region website and find their name in it with department details.

SSC MTS Joining Letter - Explained
Once the SSC MTS document verification process is completed and departments are nominated by the SSC the responsibility is now transferred to the particular departments. After the department is allocated to the candidates, the respective department sends to the selected candidate the SSC MTS Appointment Letter officially called Offer of Appointment. The candidate needs to send this SSC MTS Offer Letter to the respective department after signing the letter and attaching all the required documents with it. The candidate can send this via registered mail or in-person. Candidates need to make sure that they are following the proper timeline and should send the letter as soon as possible without any delay. Once the candidate has signed the SSC MTS Appointment Letter and once the departmental document verification is done the candidates are provided the SSC MTS Joining Letter in-person or through registered mail.
