The Intelligence Bureau has released the official notification for the IB ACIO Deputation Recruitment 2022. The application process started on 22nd June 2022 and candidates can apply for the same till 19th August 2022. A total number of 766 vacancies are released for the IB ACIO Deputation. The merit list will be created by combining the candidates' marks of GATE and the Interview. The IB ACIO Grade 2 selection involves the following 3 stages -- Paper I and Paper II, followed by an interview.

The exam pattern provided below is as per the last recruitment cycle. It is just for the reference of candidates we have provided the team pattern in case a written exam is conducted in future exam cycles. There are two written exam phases for the IB ACIO Grade 2 exam. The Tier I paper is objective, whereas the Tier II paper is descriptive, as mentioned above. Now, we will be discussing the exam pattern for both tiers.
The tier I exam has four sections: Qualitative Aptitude, General Awareness, Analytical Ability, and English Language. There are 100 questions, one mark each, to be completed within 60 minutes.

The IB ACIO Grade II Tier III exam is the personal interview round. Here, candidates are judged based on:
