SSC Scientific Assistant IMD 2022 - Educational Qualification
To be eligible for the post of Scientific Assistant at IMD, the applicant must have either of the following qualifications from a recognized university/institute.
- Bachelor’s degree (3 years) in Science with Physics as one of the subjects/Computer Science/Information Technology/Computer Applications with at least 60% marks in aggregate.
- 3 years Diploma in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering with at least 60% aggregate.

SSC Scientific Assistant IMD 2022 - Nationality Criteria
The candidates must fulfil either of the following nationality conditions:
- Indian
- A Subject of Nepal or Bhutan or,
- Tibetan refugee who came to Indian before 1962, to settle here permanently or,
- Person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan/Burma/Sri Lanka/East African Countries of Kenya/Uganda/United Republic of Tanzania/Zambia. Zaire/Malawi/Ethiopia/Vietnam to settle in India permanently.
