SSC CHSL Document Verification
The qualified candidates need to appear for a document verification process during which they need to submit all their original documents. The candidates even have to submit their Department and Post options during the verification of documents. While attending the document verification process, the candidates need to carry an original photo for identity proof and two recent passport-sized photographs. The photo ID proof can be either of the following:
- Voter ID card
- Aadhar card
- Passport
- PAN card
- College/School Id card
- Driver’s License
- Employer Id (for candidates already employed in Private/PSU/Govt sectors)
Documents that the candidates have to compulsorily submit are as follows:
- Class Xth Passing Certificate
- Class XIIth Passing Certificate
- In case of an equivalent qualification, the candidates have to produce a letter/order from the competent authority supporting the claim of educational qualification made by the candidates
- Certificate claiming to be of the category/caste of the candidates.
- Certificate supporting the claim of being physically disabled(for PwD category candidates).

Importance of SSC CHSL Document Verification Process
The document verification process is very important as the students have worked hard in all the selection rounds and therefore being so close in the race of final selection, no candidate wants to be rejected due to inappropriate documents.

Things to keep in mind during the SSC CHSL Document Verification
There are certain things that the candidates need to remember who are qualified for the document verification round:
- Do not provide false information.
- Always recheck the documents before providing them for verification.
- Make sure your documents are in good condition.
- Always report 10 minutes before the given time at the verification center.
- Always carry a photocopy of all the documents you are carrying.
- Always keep extra photographs in case of emergency.
- Carry more than 2 identity proofs.
