The Staff Selection Commission, popularly known as SSC, has released the notification for the recruitment of candidates for the post of Assistant Section Officer. The exact number of vacancies has not been released by the Staff Selection Commission yet. Candidates who are preparing for the SSC CGL ASO recruitment 2022 have to satisfy the SSC CGL ASO eligibility criteria in terms of age limit, educational qualification, and nationality.
- The maximum age limit for the candidates to appear for the SSC CGL ASO exam 2022 is 30 years except for some candidates who are eligible for age relaxations.

SSC CGL ASO Eligibility Criteria - Educational Qualifications
Candidates are required to satisfy certain educational qualification criteria to appear for the SSC CGL ASO examination. A candidate who aspires to appear for the SSC CGL ASO exam needs to have a bachelor’s degree or an equivalent degree in any discipline from a recognized university of India.

As per the official notification released by the SSC, candidates who want to apply for the SSC CGL Assistant Section Officer posts should be a citizen of either India, Nepal or Bhutan.
