SSC MTS Apply Online 2023: Important Dates

Candidates can start the SSC MTS online application process from 18th Jan, 2023. The link to start the SSC MTS online apply process will be available on the official website along with the notification. SSC MTS Application Process 2023

The steps to fill SSC MTS online apply form can be done on the official SSC website. All candidates are recommended to complete the SSC MTS apply online form process between 18th Jan to 17th Feb, 2023 without delaying till the last minute. For starting SSC online MTS apply, candidates need to fulfill two parts -

• One-time Registration
• Application Form Fillup 

SSC MTS Application One-Time Registration (for New Aspirants)

Before starting with the SSC MTS apply online process, new candidates who do not have an official account must register themselves on the official website using the steps mentioned below.

Step 1: First, visit the official SSC website.

Step 2: On the official homepage, click on the ‘Register Now’ link available on the ‘Login’ section. 

Step 3: Now fill basic personal, educational and contact details like Candidate’s name, Father’s name, Mother’s name, Gender, D.O.B, Email ID, Class X board name, roll number, and passing year, Highest level of educational qualification, ID proof number, Mobile number, etc. 

Step 4: Now you’ll need to save these details and then verify your email ID and mobile number with respective OTPs.

Step 5: In the next part of the registration form, you will be asked to fill additional details like Category, Permanent address, Identification marks, disability certificate number (if any). 

Step 6: Now, save the registration form information and review it before finally clicking on the ‘Submit’ button. 

Step 7: Next, read the ‘Declaration’ carefully and click on ‘I agree’ after verifying details. 

Step 8: Upon clicking ‘Final Submit’ button, different OTPs will be sent on your

mobile number and Email ID. Enter one of the two OTPs at required fields to complete the One-Time Registration Process.

Note: Your one-time registration data will be deleted from the system if you fail to complete the SSC MTS application process within 14 days of submitting these basic registration data.

How to Apply Online for SSC MTS 2023?

The direct SSC MTS Apply Online link will be provided here once it’s activated after the release of the latest notification. The SSC MTS Vacancy list 2023 is 12,523 which must be noted before applying. Once candidates have successfully completed the one-time registration, they will be redirected to the application window. You can follow the below-mentioned steps to fill the online SSC MTS Application Form 2023 easily. 

Step 1: Once you’ve submitted your Declaration, log-in to the official SSC portal using your personal Registration Number and Password.

Step 2: Next, under ‘Latest Notifications’ tab, click on ‘Apply’ link in ‘Multi Tasking (Non-Technical) Staff, and Havaldar (CBIC & CBN) Examination, 2022’

Step 3: Now, fill basic, educational and additional contact details like SSC MTS State Preference Code, exam center preference, disability (if any), etc.

Step 5: Then, click on ‘I Agree’ after reading the Declaration carefully. Ensure filling up the Captcha Code here. 

Step 6: Now, before submitting the SSC MTS application, preview and verify all information by clicking on the ‘Edit/Modify’ button.

Step 7: Finally, proceed to pay the SSC MTS application fees using online mode (BHIM UPI, Net Banking, Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, RuPay Credit or Debit cards) or by offline mode (cash deposit at SBI branches using E-Challan). 

Step 8: Lastly, click on the ‘Submit Application’ button for submitting your SSC MTS application form provisionally.

Note: Candidates are advised to submit online applications well in advance of the closing date and not to wait until the last minute to avoid the possibility of disconnection/inability or failure to login to the SSC website due to heavy load on the website during the closing days. SSC MTS Application Fee 2023

While filling up the SSC MTS Apply Online form, candidates need to pay the specified application fee on the basis of their category as designated by SSC. To complete the SSC MTS application form process, the application fee can be paid through both online and offline modes. Candidates can pay both online and offline from 17th to 19th Feb, 2023. 

Note: The SSC MTS Application Status remains ‘incomplete’ if SSC has either not received or rejected or the payment status is pending from the candidate's side.

SSC MTS Apply Online: Documents Required

In the SSC MTS Application form, candidates need to submit certain personal and educational documents, required for verification in all stages of SSC MTS Selection Process. The official documents required for SSC MTS Online Apply process are as follows -

• Mobile Number (to be verified through OTP)
• Email ID (to be verified through OTP).
• Aadhaar number. If the Aadhaar UID is unavailable, provide one of the following ID Numbers. (You will be required to show the original document at a later stage):

1. Voter ID Card
2. PAN
3. Passport
4. Driving License
5. School/ College ID
6. Employer ID (Govt./ PSU/ Private)

• Scanned copy of Passport-size photograph and signature.
• Matriculation or Class 10th Information of Board, Roll Number and Year of Passing
• Disability Certificate Number (if you have benchmark disability)

SSC MTS Application Form Correction

After candidates have filled and submitted the SSC MTS Apply Online form, there is an application form correction option that can be used beneficially. Notably, once the SSC MTS Application correction window closes, candidates will not be allowed to make any further corrections under any circumstances or ways. 

• The commission keeps the window for SSC MTS Application Form correction for a duration of 5 days for resubmitting or editing applications or one-time registration form. 
• During this window, a candidate will be allowed to modify/resubmit his/her SSC MTS online apply form for a maximum number of 2 times. 
• SSC will levy application correction/modification charges of Rs. 200 for first time and Rs. 500 for the second time.
• Only those candidates will be allowed to correct their SSC MTS online form who have completed the registration process earlier and have completed the fee payment as well.
• In case any candidate faces issues or errors while filling the application, they can restart the entire process again from starting. SSC only accepts the last filled or latest modified application form and cancels any previous application(s). 
• If application correction charges are not received, it shows ‘incomplete’ on top of SSC online MTS apply form printout. In such cases, the previous application(s) is only taken into consideration.

SSC MTS Apply Online: Steps to Retrieve SSC MTS ID & Password 

Throughout the SSC MTS recruitment process, the official registration ID and password are required. However, many applicants forget their SSC MTS login ID and password. In that case, you can use the steps below to retrieve your SSC MTS ID and Password.

Step 1: Go to the "forgot password" option at the top of the SSC homepage if you can't remember your password.

Step 2: Fill in with your birth date, name, and other details.

Step 3: Click the "Submit" button at the bottom of the page.

Step 4: Before clicking the submit button, enter your e-mail address in the empty tab.

Step 5: A pin number will be assigned to your registered ID.

Step 6: Now type the pin into the empty tab and click on the "recover" button.

Step 7: A new page will open on your screen with your previous password or ID displayed on it.

Step 8: Take a mental or written note of your password or ID and store it safely.
