How to Recover Password or Lost Id for SSC CHSL Admit Card?

Candidates have to compulsorily provide their login credentials, such as the username and password, to download their SSC CHSL admit card. If the password is not available with the candidate then the candidate cannot download their Admit Card 2021. Go through the steps mentioned below to recover a forgotten password.

Step 1: Go to the SSC CHSL login portal, and then find the link which says “Forgot Password?”. Click on this link.

Step 2: In the next screen, the candidate is prompted to enter his/her mobile number. Insert the registered mobile number that was provided at the time of registering for the SSC CHSL 2021 exam.

Step 3: Insert the mobile number which the candidate used during registration and then click on the submit or get/fetch password button. The password is sent via SMS to the candidate's mobile number and registered email id.

SSC CHSL Exam Day Important Instructions

The important points that an applicant should remember before going to the exam center are listed below:-

• The applicants must reach at least an hour before the exam to the exam center.
• Applicants must verify all the details that are mentioned on the SSC CHSL admit card.

Information for Candidates with Scribes

The candidates with benchmark disabilities opting for their own scribe shall be required to submit details of their own scribe. A compensatory time of 20 minutes per hour of examination will be provided to the persons who are allowed the use of a scribe. Some of the in regard to the scribe have been given below:

• Own scribe should not be a candidate for this examination. If a candidate is detected as assisting another PwD candidate as a scribe in this examination, then the candidatures of both candidates will be cancelled.
• The candidates will have the discretion of opting for his/ her own scribe or the facility of a scribe provided by the Commission. Appropriate choice in this regard will have to be given by the candidate in the online application form.
• In case a candidate opts for his/ her own scribe, the qualification of the scribe should be one step below the qualification of the candidate taking the examination.
• No attendant other than the scribe for eligible candidates will be allowed inside the examination hall.
• One-eyed candidates and partially blind candidates who are able to read the normal Question Paper set with or without magnifying glass and who wish to 8 write/ indicate the answer with the help of magnifying glass will be allowed to use the same in the Examination Hall and will not be entitled to a Scribe. Such candidates will have to bring their own Magnifying glasses to the Examination Hall.
• The PwD candidates who have availed the facility of Scribes/ Passage Reader and/ or compensatory time must produce relevant documents for the eligibility of scribe/ compensatory time at the time of Document Verification. Failure to produce such supporting documents will lead to the cancellation of their candidature for the examination.
